Murat Cubukcu is a senior scientist with a PhD in Physics from Sorbonne University, Paris. He has conducted research at several world-renowned laboratories, including Spintec at CEA/CNRS, the Albert Fert Laboratory at CNRS/Thales, the Cavendish Laboratory at the University of Cambridge, the London Centre for Nanotechnology at University College London, and the National Physical Laboratory. With over 18 years of experience, Murat has made significant contributions to the fields of nanomagnetism and spintronics. His work includes the proof-of-concept demonstration of an ultra-fast, perpendicular spin-orbit torque MRAM device.
