Andreea-Georgia Predila

I am currently a PhD student with the Department of Physics and Astronomy and London Centre of Nanotechnology and funded by CDT-ACM.
My project is concerned with using scanning tunnelling microscopy (STM) for doping and investigating semiconductor materials. This work paves the way for scalable manufacturing techniques for quantum devices.​
